Workshop Overview:

This workshop will provide participants with knowledge and hands-on experience in benchmark dose modeling for chemical risk assessment using the Bayesian Benchmark Dose (BBMD) modeling system. The workshop will cover various topics, including Bayesian benchmark dose modeling for toxicological, epidemiological, and genomic data with various data format (e.g., dichotomous, continuous data), probabilistic dose-response modeling and low-dose extrapolation, benchmark response selection, prior elicitation in Bayesian BMD analysis, and the collaborative features of the BBMD system.
