Workshop Abstract This webinar will focus on introducing the process of performing benchmark dose analyses in a Bayesian framework using the BBMD platform. The Bayesian BMD modeling approach has significantly advanced the practice of dose-response analysis and created substantial opportunities to enhance the plausibility of BMD estimation. To enhance the utility of BBMD as a one-stop shop for BMD modeling, a new function has been developed to display BMD estimation results using EPA’s BMDS online system with the same settings in BBMD. The new function allows users to perform one analysis but obtain two sets of BMD results from BBMD and BMDS respectively. The comparison function enhances both the efficiency of risk assessors' work and the transparency of the BBMD system.
