What kinds of subscriptions are available and at what cost?
There is currently:
- A base subscription available for free which allows users to view and have analyses shared with them.
- A premium subscription which gives full access to all our analyses types. This subscription is $19.00 a month, and $199.99 a year, until Jan. 1 2026 when it will go up to $99.99/month and $999.99/year. Upgrade in your profile.
- An academic subscription which gives researchers and students with a .edu email free limited access to our analyses for 16 weeks after sign up.
- An organizational subscription which gives you access to all the features in the premium subscription plus additional features to make collaboration with your team seamless. Plans also offer technical support from our leading team of BMD experts and are customized to fit exactly what your team needs. Contact us for a quote.

Can the free/academic version be used for commercial purposes?
The free/academic subscription is only available for personal and research uses. If you'd like to use the site for commercial purposes please purchase a premium subscription or consider using an organizational setup so your whole team can use the platform.

What can BBMD do?
The platform can:
- Analyze traditional toxicology data including continuous, dichotomous, and categorical endpoints to calculate BMDs, response at dose, and probablistic reference doses.
- Batch processing for multiple studies of the above data.
- Analyze genomic data from gene expression assays to calculate BMDs at both the gene and pathway level.
- Convert externally calculated PODs to a probablistic reference dose.
- Calculate a BMD for epidemiological studies accounting for exposure variance.
- Calculate combined BMDs for multiple Tumor Sites.

How can I learn how to use BBMD?
You can download and read our manual, which describes how to use the platform. We also periodically host virtual training workshops in which our leading experts teach you about both the BBMD platform and risk assessment more generally.
